We now offer many different style fluting option with our 4 axis CNC mill.

We are using state of the art Carbide insert machining tools with excessive amounts of flood coolant to prevent an increase in temperature due to machining as well as suporting the barrel on the opposite side while machining.

We are only recommending to flute cut rifled barrels such as Brux, Krieger, Bartlein Etc.... We will flute any barrels, but only guarantee a "no accuracy loss" on cut rifled barrels.
